Maurer Power Media LLC is an independent publishing and creative studio. We operate this website and the Maurer Power Media Social Publisher, an internal tool used by authorized company administrators to prepare and publish approved content to company-managed social accounts.
Information we handle
The website may receive information that you voluntarily send to us, such as your name, email address, and message. The Social Publisher may process account identifiers, board or page identifiers, approved post text, destination links, media references, platform-issued access tokens, published-content identifiers, and publishing status.
When connected to Pinterest, the tool may read the authenticated company account’s Pins, Boards, and Board sections as needed to select a destination, avoid duplicate publishing, and confirm publication. It may create approved Pins on that account. We request only the platform permissions needed for these functions.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and internal publishing workflow.
- Authenticate authorized accounts through the platform’s approved OAuth process.
- Prepare, publish, verify, and record administrator-approved social content.
- Respond to questions, support requests, and data-deletion requests.
- Comply with applicable law and platform requirements.
What we do not do
We do not collect Pinterest or other social-platform passwords, use session cookies as a substitute for authorized access, sell platform data, or publish social content without administrator approval. We do not use platform data for unrelated advertising profiles.
Sharing and service providers
We may share limited information with hosting, infrastructure, security, and social-platform providers only as necessary to operate the website and Social Publisher. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security.
Storage, security, and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. Access tokens and similar credentials are treated as secrets and are not intentionally placed in public repositories or public website content. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, security, and recordkeeping, then delete or de-identify it when practical.
Your choices
You may disconnect Maurer Power Media Social Publisher through the connected platform’s account settings. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
Children’s privacy
The website and Social Publisher are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these services.
